First enable USB debugging on your phone and connect it to the computer. Then follow the steps described in the video.

Commands used:
1. adb devices
2. adb reboot bootloader
3. fastboot devices
3. fastboot flash recovery twrp.img (twrp.img is the image file)
4. fastboot boot twrp.img
