1 – Make sure your iPad has enough free space. Go to Settings – General – iPad Storage and take a look. If you’re running out of space then you may have to delete something before the new app can find a space. Tap on the app icon and make sure that the download isn’t paused. If you see the option to Resume Download then tap it. You may also try pausing it and then resuming to see if that gets it going.
