1602 Error in iTune Bricked iPad 1, iPhone iPod touch Updating to ios 5.1

Hey i basically put all the information in the video i ask that you please pause it at the parts so you can read whats wrong and maybe if your having the same problem to we can help each other with this stupid error 1602 that i blame entirely on apple also if your having the same problems share the link with others and maybe someone will help us figure out whats wrong with our device or what wrong with our computer

ipad ipad 1st generation 1602 errors itunes is stupid for doing this to us who spent money on there stupid products ipod touch black screen of death bricked dfu mode not able to restore device jailbroken jailbreak ios device verifying restore with apple .

  2. i have ipad1,after update to 5.1 the baseband lost,and itunes error -1,its possible fix error -1?

  3. go to my computer-windows-system32-drivers-etc and delete "host" leave at in recycle bin and than try to update your ipad … it works on my iphone 4

  4. iPad3 os 5.1.1 bricked black screen would only go into DFU mode and the only reason I new this was becoz i would plug it into itunes. Did everything in this vid + more was about to give up but I thought I'd try 1 more time. All I did was change my host file back to a clean back up. plugged in my ipad3. held the home and power buttons down for about 13 sec's and that beautiful apple come up. after 3 weeks of black screen it was a sight for sore eyes. Yep still working and nothing lost. good luck
