Fix iMessage Waiting for Activation Error on iPhone and iPad iOS 12, 13 or iOS 14

1. Deactivate and Activate again iMessage and FaceTime
2. Reboot your device and try again to send a Message
3. Sign out and Sign in again to your Apple ID
4. Contact your Carrier to check if iMessage is allowed
5. Check if your Date & Time are correct
