This update came months after the watchOS 8.1 public release. watchOS 8.3 brings support for Apple Music Voice Plan, App Privacy Report, fixes notification issues during Mindfulness sessions and brings a lot of security updates for Apple Watch Series 3 to all the way up to Apple Watch Series 7 users.
