iPhone IOS 10.0.2+ video playback problem bug – Videos wont play periodically

Hello friends, I want to share the story of a bug I have on my new iPhone after upgrading the IOS system. I strongly suggest that you don’t upgrade to the IOS 10.0.2+ since its currently full of problems.
Specifically, I’m forced to restart my phone every 24hrs in order to watch any videos. Please let me know if you also have this problem and thank you for watching. .
