The Apple iPhone 13 is clearly based on the iPhone 12 in everything. The design of the smartphone is – apart from the smaller notch and angled camera setup – the same. The two smartphones are also quite similar functionally. For example, the iPhone 13 has a beautiful OLED screen, a waterproof housing and of course the excellent iOS software. Updates have been made around the camera, battery and chipset. The latter has been updated to the latest generation, while the battery and camera sensor have both grown. The Apple iPhone 13 is a not very exciting upgrade from the iPhone 12; it stands out mainly for its better camera, bigger battery and faster chipset. The two exterior changes — a smaller notch and angled camera — aren’t terribly exciting. The smartphone is certainly not perfect; it’s a shame, for example, that it can’t load faster, that the notch is still so large, and that the screen doesn’t have a high refresh rate. But that won’t be a problem for most users, and there’s a lot going for it. It’s lightning fast, has a beautiful screen, a nice waterproof design and a great camera. Moreover, it can charge wirelessly and it is not even very expensive for a high-end phone.
