M1 Mac Mini H264 Export and 10Gb Ethernet? |Not a Review

I was curious to see if the M1 Mac Mini could export H265 faster than the 2018 MacBook Pro with an i7 and also if I could hit 10Gbit speeds with my Thunderbolt adapter. Well… No and Yes.
