Seamlessly connected to their agency and available in multiple languages, the Mobile App allows caregivers to view their schedules, get directions to the patient’s home, clock in and out, communicate with their agency, and accept new cases – all while on-the-go.

— Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): Clock-In and Clock-Out with the simple tap of a button. Whether the visit occurs in the home, or out in the community, HHAeXchange will verify the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates.
— Scheduling: See your scheduled visits in real-time. View patient info like demographics, plan of care tasks specific to the patient, and directions to the patient’s home.
— Case Broadcasting: Get immediate notifications when a shift becomes available and request or reject it on the spot.
— Visit Notes: Easily add comprehensive visit notes, including text, image, and/or recorded audio.
— Messaging: Communicate with your agency in real-time through the App’s Message Center.
