In most cases the error 29 come from battery, If you have changed you iphones battery recently with none original battery you will get error 29 during restore iphone with itunes. Second one is you antivirus can be a cause of error 29 during restore. Third one is itunes software need to be upgrade. If you have installed older version of itunes then you can also get error 29 or 21 during restore. Sometime restart pc can also fix.

2- Turn your antivirus off during iphone restore or upgrade with itunes.
3- Alwasy use latest version of itunes.
4- Restart you pc can also fix this error.
