With a fine volume of 50 million pixels, Samsung’s mid-level sensor ISOCELL JN1 was released

In the past, the high-pixel sensor used in mobile phones mostly focused on professional functional photography devices. However, Samsung earlier released the ISOCELL JN1, which was made for popular products. It has a thin volume of 1/2.76 inches and can output 50 million pixels. And with four-in-one 1.28μm large pixel output, it brings a better image output solution for the fine camera module and sub-lens.

According to the official announcement, the ISOCELL JN1 sensor, which is positioned from mid-level to flagship smartphones, is the smallest 50-megapixel output sensor produced in the industry. Its single pixel is as low as 0.64um, which ensures that the corresponding camera module has With greater space flexibility, the ISOCELL 2.0 technology has 16% more light-receiving area than before, and four-in-one 1.28μm large pixel output, so that low-light shooting environments can output clear 12.5-megapixel photos.

Even as a mid-to-high-end positioning product, ISOCELL JN1 also adds a lot of professional technology, including the ability to output HDR photos with the best exposure level under complex light sources, smart ISO with excellent dynamic range and smart sensitivity output adjustment; and The Double Super SD phase detection focusing technology, which has twice the detection pixel density of Super PD, can still achieve the same focusing accuracy performance in a light source environment as low as 60% compared to the previous generation. In addition, JN1 also supports up to 4K/60p video recording, and full HD 240fps slow motion shooting.
