Update: it is possible that the Starships may use aerobraking to get into an elliptical orbit before landing. Kind of a cool thing to visualize: orbiting a planet with your periapsis inside the atmosphere!?!? Wild stuff. I love it. Thank you Reddit users

I’m changing the title of the video because “Won’t Orbit Mars” may end up not being accurate. The point that the Starships will not use propellant to get into orbit around Mars still stands.
