Hello, Windows Insiders! Today Microsft is releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.100 to all Dev Channel users!

Changes and Improvements
Microsoft has begun to roll out Microsoft Teams Chat to Insiders in the Dev Channel. Although not everyone will notice it right away, the hidden icons flyout in the lower right corner of the Taskbar has been updated to match the new Windows 11 visuals. (Please keep in mind that it may not look right after updating to this build; switching between two themes will fix the problem.)

Microsoft made it possible to access Focus assist settings directly from Notification Center.

When an app’s background activity requires your attention, it will flash on the Taskbar to get your attention. Microsoft updated this design in Windows 11 so that it still catches your attention, but with a calming treatment that reduces the impact of unwelcome distractions. The subtle flashing will eventually stop, and you will notice a slightly red backplate and red pill under the app icon, indicating that a background activity requires your attention. Please let us know what you think!

The size of the touch keyboard icon in the Taskbar has been adjusted to match the size of the other icons in the Taskbar’s corner.
When you click the chevron in the top right corner, the Taskbar calendar flyout will now fully collapse down to make more room for notifications.

Microsoft made navigation in the new Microsoft Store feel fast and fun in the latest Microsoft Store update, which is now rolling out to Insiders. When you choose an app or a movie, you may notice some animations that help you keep track of what you’re looking at. Give it a shot, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
