On September 23, Li Bingzhong, the founder and CEO of realme, issued an article stating that as a young mobile phone brand, realme can be called a “long-slaying boy”. It took realme three years to surpass 41 mobile phone brands, and for the first time ranked among the world’s TOP6, becoming the world’s fourth largest Chinese mobile phone brand.
Li Bingzhong said that from a newcomer in the industry to the sixth place in the world, realme will devote time as much as possible to the product in the next step. Only in this way can it be possible to make greater progress.
Li Bingzhong also predicted that GT will become the only flagship series of realme. In the GT series, we will continue to explore more possibilities and plan to launch products that can compete with the top Android flagships on the market.
Previously, Xu Qi, vice president of realme, revealed at the realme GT Neo2 conference that realme plans to launch an ultra-high-end flagship in the future to compete with world-class giants.
Looking to the future, realme also has a clear goal for its own sales. Li Bingzhong said he hopes to double the sales of realme within three years. It also includes the double 100 million goal we have mentioned: from now to the end of 2022, the sales volume of mobile phones will increase by 100 million units, and the single-year sales volume will be 100 million units in 2023.
Li Bingzhong emphasized that our long-term goal is to become the world’s mainstream technology brand and the preferred technology trend brand for young people around the world. And our deep motivation is to bring good products to more young people all over the world. Even if the road is bound to be rough, this will be part of our beautiful story when we look back in the future.
