The RTX 3070 Vs GTX 1080 Ti – Should 1080p Gamers Upgrade?

After checking the Nvidia site every day for about a week I was lucky enough to catch the elusive RTX 3070 in stock. I bought one because I had planned to upgrade in a few months, but who knows when they’ll be in stock again?

I therefore decided to compare this card with my good ol’ GTX 1080 Ti on my current 1080p monitor to see how much of a difference there is at this resolution, all while using my mid range Intel Core i5 10400F Processor.
