Huawei, Apple, Xiaomi, OPPO, iQOO, which flagship will have the strongest battery life in 2022? A few days ago, Huangjia Evaluation conducted an “ultimate” endurance test to reveal the answer for everyone.
The models tested are brand new and unopened before testing (for 100% battery health), including:
iPhone 13 Pro Max with full blood A15, Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G with Kirin 9000, Xiaomi 12 Pro and iQOO 9 Pro with the latest Snapdragon 8, and OPPO Find X5 Pro with popular fried chicken Dimensity 9000 ( There is also the Snapdragon 8 version).
The battery capacities are: iPhone 13 Pro Max (4352mAh), Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G (4300mAh), Xiaomi Mi 12 Pro (4600mAh), iQOO 9 Pro (4700mAh), OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity 9000 / Snapdragon 8 ( 5000mAh).
Two cameras were used during the test, and the test process was recorded throughout, from full power to liver to shutdown.
The test is divided into two parts. The first part is to use 12 software continuously for half an hour to see the power consumption of different software scenarios. If the battery has not been exhausted for 6 hours, you can enter the second part of the “playoffs” and continue to play “Peace Elite” until the phone runs out of power, and see who can last the longest.
After unpacking, fully charge the phone and upgrade to the latest system. Mobile phones are connected to the same Wi-Fi and tested in the same environment and temperature.
Adjust the screen resolution to the highest and support dynamic refresh rate, adjust to the highest refresh rate, use the illuminance meter to unify the screen brightness at 400nit, turn off the automatic brightness, the speaker is 50%, and the rest are all default.
After a series of competitions, the iPhone 13 Pro Max took the lead with a score of 9 hours and 18 minutes, and the Find X5 Pro Snapdragon 8 won the second place with a score of 7 hours and 19 minutes. The iQOO 9 Pro won the third place with a difference of 2 minutes. Seats, the score is 7 hours and 17 minutes.
The fourth to sixth places are: OPPO Find X5 Pro Dimensity 9000 Edition (7 hours and 5 minutes), Huawei Mate 40 Pro 5G (6 hours and 51 minutes), and Xiaomi Mi 12 Pro (6 hours and 23 minutes).
