1) DIY your own risk
2) shop exspensive
3) use jack earphone or Bluetooth speaker
This repair is ridiculous. Might as well use an angle grinder and cut it out then glue new piece back in.
(1) Finally give in to buying iPad 2020
(2) Use 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio jack to connect my ipad2 to battery powered speakers
(3) Use Bluetooth 2.1 speakers if still exists

WARNING: DO NOT FOLLOW THIS VIDEO. They remove the battery connector AFTER removing some other connectors and the LCD. Removal of the battery connector should have been done first.
