Today, Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi Group China and general manager of the Redmi brand, announced an important feature of the Redmi Note 11T series: support for multi-function NFC.
Lu Weibing said that NFC used to be a unique feature of flagship phones, and now NFC has become a standard feature of the Redmi Note series. Bank cards, bus cards, access cards, etc. can all be done with just one Redmi Note 11T series mobile phone, and the experience is very strong.
As early as Redmi Note 8 series models launched in 2019, Redmi has decentralized the NFC function. At that time, the mobile phones with NFC function on the market were all over 2,000 yuan.
Lu Weibing pointed out that NFC has become a just-needed function and is gradually sinking into more cities. Redmi has popularized the NFC function in the thousand-yuan phone market, allowing more users in second-tier and even third- to fifth-tier cities to enjoy the convenience of NFC.
In addition to supporting multi-functional NFC, the Redmi Note 11T series also uses an LCD full screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz, supports seven-speed shifting, is equipped with the flagship processor of the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 series, and retains a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The aircraft will officially debut on May 24.
