On December 21st, Meizu’s Flyme official Weibo posted a screenshot of Flyme 8 AOD with the text “deduct 11 if you understand.”
According to figures, this may mean that the bottom layer of Meizu phones will be upgraded to the latest Android 11. Interestingly, the date in the AOD screenshot is December 22, which seems to imply that more news may be released tomorrow.
We know that the upgrade of the Android system will be accompanied by the emergence of more new technologies and new features. This time Android 11 brings a new link API to support 5G networks, so it can make full use of 5G to provide improved speed and latency.
At the same time, Android 11 has also strengthened the management of privacy and permissions, providing a new floating chat bubble function, as well as native scrolling screenshots/long screenshots, screen recording and other functions.
Not long ago, on December 17, the stable version of the latest OTA of the Meizu 17 series was officially launched.
This update adds MEMC dynamic compensation technology / GPU driver update strategy / comprehensively improved input method functions / “Flyme” quick pairing / camera auto exposure-focus lock / new image editing functions, further optimizing the user experience.
