The flagship RTX 4090, which should has the full AD102-300 GPU with 128 streaming multiprocessors, 16384 cuda cores, 24 GB GDDR6X of memory operating at 21 Gbps, 384 bit of memory bus, and 1 TB / s of memory bandwidth. and a tdp of 450W.
Going to the RTX 4080 model, it should has the AD103-300 gpu with 84 Streaming Multiprocessors, 10240 cuda cores, 16 GB GDDR6 of memory operating at 18 Gbps, 256 bit of memory bus, and 672 Gb/s of memory bandwidth and a tdp of 420W.
The mid-range RTX 4070 model should features the AD104 gpu, with AD104-275 variant, with 60 Streaming Multiprocessors, 7168 cuda cores, 10 GB GDDR6 of memory operating at 18gbps, 160 bit of memory bus, and 432 gb / s of memory bandwidth with a TDP of 300 W.
Finally the entry level RTX 4060 that should has the AD104-310 GPU with 36 streaming multiprocessors, 4608 cuda cores, 8 GB GDDR6 of memory
operating at 18 Gbps, 128 bit of memory bus and 432 Gb/s of memory bandwidth and a TDP of more 220 W.

The release window of the mentioned above Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 graphic cards. The rtx 4090,4080 and 4070 gpus will be launch on q4 2022 start a month apart each. The release period of the high range RTX 4090, is set for October 2022. Follow the rtx 4080 and the RTX 4070 graphic cards, respectively for November 2022 and December 2022. Instead, the RTX 4060 will launch on Q1 2023 presumibly during the CES 2023 on January.
