Hey guys after talking with Golden Reviewer last night, I discovered that Samsung has a bug and is giving false FPS readings. From both my testing and Golden Reviewer, this is an isolated bug as it only is negatively affecting Samsung Devices (all Apple devices in this channel are properly calibrated and FPS results are accurate). Golden reviewer did an amazing job explaining this. What that being said, I did learn how to fix this bug, check out this new video to see the accurate FPS results:
