How to install Minecraft on a Chromebook? In this tutorial, I show you how to easily install and play Minecraft on your Chromebook for free. Follow the steps below to install Minecraft on Chromebook:
1. Open the settings for your Chromebook and search Linux.
2. Once Linux comes up select Turn On.
3. Go through the menus to setup Linux on your Chromebook.
4. Once Linux is Installed, go to in your browser and download the Debian version of Minecraft. It should look like Minecraft.deb
5. Once you have downloaded Minecraft, move the downloaded file in to the Linux files folder on your Chromebook.
6. Once the Linux Terminal opens, type the following command to ensure Linux is up-to-date on your Chromebook and hit enter.
sudo apt update
7. Extract the Minecraft file by typing the following command and hitting enter.
sudo dpkg -i Minecraft.deb
8. Install Minecraft by typing the following command and hitting enter.
sudo apt -f install
9. You can now play Minecraft on your Chromebook.

  2. Hey! uh… so there is a problem… when I was on the step "sodu dpkg -i Minecraft.deb, it just says

    error processing archive Minecraft.deb (–install):
    package architecture (amd64) does not match system (arm64)
    Errors were encountered while processing:

    … Do I need to install something? or I don't have a chance to play Minecraft? Please help, thank you!
