This tutorial details the procedure of CFW creation for iOS 9.3.1 on iPhone 5. This video is outdated and it doesn’t work in 2019. I am not aware of any methods that would work in 2019.
The cfw method requires an iBoot vulnerability and it is, therefore, impossible in 2019 on anything newer than an iPhone 4.
