Currently it remains possible to downgrade iOS 13.4 to iOS 13.3.1. You’d do this to maintain the above kernel vulnerability mentioned. It’s always best practice to stay as low as you possibly can. Follow my guide for how to downgrade iOS 13.3.1 to iOS 13.3… Just swap the target firmware with iOS 13.3.1 instead of iOS 13.3, as 13.3 has long been unsigned. Basically, the same steps apply to downgrade from iOS 13.4 to iOS 13.3.1 as they did to downgrade in THIS VIDEO:
