Most of the users who reported the bug were Mac users of the M1 wafer version, but a few Mac users of the Intel wafer version said that they encountered this bug after upgrading MacOS Monterey.

In addition, some users who participated in the test said that this bug actually appeared in the previous test version, but they don’t know why Apple hasn’t fixed the bug for a long time.

Regarding Apple’s response, some users said in the community that although he reported this bug to Apple customer service, Apple customer service only suggested that he use an Apple-certified docking station, but in fact this bug was changed after the docking station was replaced. Still not able to be resolved.

For most Mac users, a USB docking station that can provide more interfaces is a necessity in the office. The emergence of this bug will undoubtedly cause problems with the normal use of the affected users.
