Disassembly steps

The Apple Watch 7 disassembly method still uses the screen to heat the waterproof sealant between the screen and the case to open the screen. The screen and the main board are connected through the FPC soft board, and the ZIF connector is adopted. The flexible board connected between the main board and the screen is covered with a graphite sticker and fixed on the back of the screen.

Disconnect the BTB connector between the crown soft board and the main board, connect the side key microphone soft board to the crown soft board with spot welding, and connect to the main board through the crown soft board. The main board and the bottom shell assembly are connected by a soft board. There is a small piece of foam material on the surface of the connector. Apple Watch7 is easy to disassemble, and the degree of recovery is almost zero. Once the motherboard is damaged, it can only be replaced and cannot be repaired. The overall appearance basically follows the Apple Watch6 design, but the display area of ​​the screen is slightly increased.

The motherboard still adopts SIP package, the entire chip solution is sealed and protected by resin material, the package surface has canceled the laser engraving mark representing the products of previous generations, and the package surface has added a layer of black graphite sticker on the basis of a layer of heat-dissipating copper foil, and the sticker is printed Process identification product model.
