M2’s CineBench R23 benchmark score has been reported. Notebookcheck compares and reports with M1.
13.55% improvement for single core and 11.46% improvement for multi-core
The reported M2 CineBench R23 benchmark scores are 1,710 for single cores and 8,605 for multicores.
This score is improved by 13.55% and 11.46%, respectively, compared to M1.
Confirmed score improvement in other benchmark tests
So far, M2’s Geekbench 5 scores (single-core, multi-core, Metal) and GFXBench benchmark scores have been reported.
In each case, it has been confirmed that the score has improved as the operating frequency has changed from 3.2GHz to 3.4GHz (3.49GHz in the Geekbench 5 benchmark).
