Apple, US policy not to object to union formation vote at Apple Store-to negotiations

As a result of an employee vote asking whether to form a labor union at the Apple Store in Maryland, the majority of the votes were in favor. Apple is reportedly unwilling to disagree with the union vote and is willing to negotiate.

Apple is ready to negotiate in good faith

According to Reuters, Apple intends to negotiate in good faith without disagreeing with the unionization vote of employees in Towson, Maryland.
 
Nearly two-thirds of its employees voted to join the union last week, making it the first Apple Store in the United States to become a union.

Movement of organization at other stores

In the United States, it has long been reported that trade union formation is taking place at Apple Stores in New York and Atlanta, Georgia. At the Atlanta store, the union vote was postponed for threatening Apple.
 
The movement to form a union has also spread to the United Kingdom, and the movement to form a union has been reported in Glasgow, Scotland.
