A leaker tweeted what it says are spec sheets for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The hardware parameters are mostly as expected, although there may be some errors in the following listing. But the price estimate is in line with previous rumors.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will offer the same core specs. We’re looking at the same A16 Bionic processor, four storage options from 128GB to 1TB, a 120Hz always-on OLED display, and a 48-megapixel main camera. The smaller model will have a 6.1-inch screen and a 3,200mAh battery. The iPhone 14 Pro Max will feature a 6.7-inch display and a 4323mAh battery.

The leaker’s claim that the two phones will come with 8GB of RAM seems dubious. Almost every other report says the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will have 6GB of RAM. The leaker says the iPhone 14 Pro will start at $1,099. That’s $100 more than last year. So, the price of the 128GB iPhone 14 Pro Max will be $1199. Likewise, we see a $100 price increase.

That could make the iPhone 14 Pro Max the most expensive iPhone in history, with a top-of-the-line price tag that could go as high as $1,699 for the highest capacity.

These pricing details are in line with a January report from LeaksApplePro. Also, Mark Gurman wrote an article earlier this year where he said the iPhone 14 Plus/Max will be at least $200 cheaper than the iPhone 14 Pro Max. That means the new Pro Max model will start at at least $1099.

It’s no surprise that Apple is adjusting to the effects of high inflation. But Apple will try to justify the price increase. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be the highest-performing iPhone 14 models you can buy this year. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus/Max will correspond to the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. But they will lack a rear telephoto lens.

Meanwhile, TheGalox_ released the specifications of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus/Max. According to him, the iPhone 14 will start at $799, while the 6.7-inch model will cost $899.

Overall, Apple will raise the average price of iPhones with the introduction of the cheaper 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus/Max, which will replace the previous mini models. That’s because the cheapest new iPhone in Apple’s lineup will be the 6.1-inch iPhone 14. A previous price leak said the phone would cost $799, just like its predecessors. But the 6.7-inch will start at $899, replacing the mini’s $699 price point.

However, none of this information is official. Apple won’t confirm prices until the launch event in mid-September.
