After we showed you in yesterday’s post how you can get Amazon Music Unlimited for 3 months free of charge, today it’s Apple Music’s turn. You can also subscribe to Apple’s music streaming service as part of a campaign on the Groupon voucher portal for 3 months completely free of charge and listen to music to your heart’s content. It even worked for us despite various trial phases in the past and an active Apple Music membership to the end!
With a voucher: Get Apple Music for up to 3 months for free!
Anyone who has always wanted to try out Apple’s music service, Apple Music, or would like to use it again, can currently get a free voucher on the Groupon website. If you haven’t already subscribed to Apple Music, you’ll get 3 months of free access to the entire streaming service.
But even those who have previously subscribed to Apple Music and are currently not a subscriber still get 2 months free here. Pretty cool when you consider that under these circumstances you have mostly come away empty-handed so far. At least for us as former subscribers it worked perfectly. The only requirement here: you need a Groupon account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create one quickly.
To the Apple Music voucher
And this is how it works
To get the voucher, all you have to do is go to the Groupon website and select one of the two available subscription options (Family or Individual). With the family version, you can add up to 5 people, who can then also use Apple Music for free. Then click the “Buy” button and go to “Place Order”. You can then find the voucher in the Groupon app under “My Account” -> “My Purchases”, where you can redeem it by tapping on “Redeem Online”. You have a total of 30 days to do this.

Note: After the 3 or 2-month free trial period has expired, the Apple Music subscription will automatically be subject to a charge again (€9.99 for an individual subscription or €14.99 for a family subscription). If you no longer want to use Apple Music, you should cancel immediately. This has no effect on the current test subscription, which you can continue to use without restriction for the rest of the time.
To do this, simply go to your name at the top of the Settings app and select “Subscriptions”. Tap on the active subscription, go to “Cancel subscription” and then to “Confirm”.
