“Data Free” Consumes Data

In the rate plan “NEO Plan” provided by NURO Mobile, the “NEO Data Free” option, which does not consume data capacity when using some services of LINE, Twitter, and Instagram, is applied without application.
 
However, according to Sony Network Communications, during the period from July 7, 2022 (Thursday) to September 6, 2022 (Tuesday), the data traffic volume for “NEO Data Free” was incorrectly recorded, and the user’s monthly The data capacity (20GB/month) has been consumed.
 
As an apology, 3GB of data will be granted uniformly to users who used the NEO plan during the target period on Tuesday, September 20th.
 
In addition, we have announced that users who purchased additional monthly data capacity during the target period will be refunded after contacting them individually.
