EA Games has announced that the popular soccer game FIFA 23 will feature the characters and team from the popular Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso.
Ted Russo Character Coming to FIFA 23
In addition to the main character Ted Lasso and coach Beard, popular characters such as Roy Kent and Jamie Tartt, the football club “AFC Richmond” directed by Ted Lasso and the team’s home ground “Nelson Road Stadium” will appear in the game.
Also, AFC Richmond can be swapped into the Premier League or other playable leagues in career mode. In addition, it can be played in “Kickoff”, “Online Friendly Match” and “Online Season”.
Customized items such as full-fledged uniforms and choreos will also appear, and it is possible to make Ted Russo and Beard the manager of the player’s own club.
FIFA 23 will be released worldwide on September 30th on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.
