The 5.4-inch, 6.7-inch, and 6.1-inch iPhone12 series, expected to be released this year, will have up to 6GB of memory, analysts at Swiss financial institution UBS predict.
Rear camera has 3D sensing function
According to UBS analysts Timothy Arcri and Munjar Sakha, all iPhones in 2020 will be equipped with OLED displays and have up to 6GB of RAM.

UBS analysts forecast matches with other analysts
UBS analysts predict that the camera configuration for the iPhone 12 will match that predicted by renowned analyst Min Chi Kuo released last December.
