Apple confirms that it will not launch a free version of Apple Music

According to foreign media Musically, Apple’s senior director of global music publishing Elean Segal has confirmed that Apple will not launch an ad-based free version of Apple Music.

Segal worked with representatives of Spotify and Amazon on the Digital, Culture, Media and Sports Committee in the UK to answer questions from British MPs on the economics of streaming media services.
