In this video I am going to show you how to downgrade iOS 9.3.5 to 8.4.1 without SHSH on iPad mini 1/4S/iPod5/iPad2. This is a full restore and does not require a PC.
VERY IMPORTANT: To restore/downgrade other iOS 9.3.5/9.3.6 devices replace the build number with the following:
For iPhone 4S: 10A403
For iPod Touch 5: 10A406
For iPad mini 1 (Wi-Fi Model) :10A406
For iPad3: 10A403
Side Note: If you want to downgrade iPad Mini GLOBAL or GSM (not WiFi) inputting iOS 6.0.1 and identifier 10A8426 will work instead of 6.0. Rest the iPad mini WiFi will work with iOS 6.0. I want to thank my subscribers for testing this.
