In this video I show how to install and update iPadOS 16 Developer Beta.
For this example I’m updating my iPad Pro 2021 M1 but this will work for any compatible iPad.
Before updating you should backup your iPad so that you can reinstall back to the point before the update, in case you don’t like where iPadOS 16 Developer Beta is up to at the moment. I updated using the Apple iCloud, although, you can also backup locally to a computer using iTunes.
Don’t forget, this is a developer beta of iPadOS 16 and it’s not the finished release version of iPadOS 16. It is highly likely that this version will have bugs.
For most people I would not recommend updating to this version and I would wait until Apple release the final release version.
