Unlike the Apple Watch 7’s underwhelming updates and minimal design changes, the Apple Watch 8 is said to have many new features and a wholly new design to set itself apart from the others that have come before it. The rumors of the 3 Apple Watch models coming in 2022 have a fair amount of weight to them due to the source. Mark Gurman, a journalist for Bloomberg, had recently predicted that the Apple Watch Series 8 will be released alongside 2 other models. The other models are an updated Apple Watch SE or SE 2, and an Apple Watch geared toward extreme sports. Not much is yet known about the new SE model, but it is likely to have a faster processor.
