Is the iPad worth it?
Hello everybody, I am back this week for a super cool video about if you should buy an iPad for your studies. I’ve compiled a list of reasons and disadvantages to help guide your decision.
I’ve tailored this video around my personal university experience and how an iPad is super helpful, depending on your situation. But of course, you may enjoy taking handwritten notes on paper rather than a screen, or typing notes may be more time-efficient.
Also, a disclaimer, I understand that buying an iPad is expensive, and depending on your financial situation, it may not be justifiable. Don’t feel the need to have one just because people on the internet have one, I’m sure you’ll do great without an iPad (an iPad won’t necessarily correlate to better grades). However, if you are pondering about buying an iPad, I hope this guide helps you and steers you in the correct direction. If you don’t feel like any of the reasons in the video fit you, then you’ll likely be fine without one 😊 I use the iPad a lot for lecture slides and textbooks, but honestly, I find that the iPad itself for purely making notes isn’t worth it
