How to use Stage Manager with older iPads with IOS 16.1 (Review)

Last week Apple announced that Stage Manager, one of the key features of the upcoming iPadOS 16, will be available for even older, Non-M1 iPads.
With the last week released iPadOS 16.1 Beta – this feature became available to older iPad Pros from 2018 (iPad Pro 3rd Gen) and 2020 (iPad Pro 4th Gen).

I tested this on my old iPad Pro 2018 for a week.
