What can I do with the energy saving bonus? How to deduct electricity bills?

The reward rule is that for every kilowatt hour of electricity saved in the current period, you will receive a reward of 0.6 yuan. The bonus for each period (2 months) is capped at the user’s current electricity bill, and the current electricity saving bonus will also be directly deducted from the current electricity bill.
If the power saving bonus is less than NT$84 per period (2 months), Taipower will also calculate it based on the basic NT$84. Under what circumstances cannot I receive the power saving bonus?

- The electricity consumption in the current period or the same period last year is less than the minimum.
