On April 15th, the only mid-range model of the Xiaomi Mi 11 series, the Mi 11 Youth Edition, will be officially released on April 16, with a starting price of 2,299 yuan (8GB+128GB).
Unlike Xiaomi Mi 11’s first launch with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth Edition first launches Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G processor, which follows the characteristics of the current flagship product Snapdragon 888 chipset. The new 780G also uses a 5nm process.
It includes a Cortex-A78 core clocked at 2.4GHz, three Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.9GHz. Qualcomm promised a CPU increase of up to 45%, mainly due to the doubling of the large core and the new micro-architecture adopted.
It is worth noting that in order to ensure the ultimate performance output of the Snapdragon 780G, the official also equipped it with an “ice-sealed” heat dissipation system, with a floating heat pipe liquid cooling system, which can effectively reduce the body heat and bring long-lasting performance output. .
In addition, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth Edition features a thin and light design, with a body thickness of only 6.81mm and a weight of only 159g.
In terms of specifications, the Mi 11 Youth Edition uses a 6.55-inch 90Hz AMOLED flexible screen, with up to 8GB of memory, 256GB of storage, 20 million pixels in the front, 64 million AI triple cameras at the rear, 4250mAh battery, and 33W flash charging.
