  1. Do u get a call as per sms it says u will receive a call from Airtel after you replayed 1

  2. Hi, I am from UK. I’ve tried activating the airtel esim for my iPhone XR (bought from UK) when I was in India during Sep 2019. The process didn’t work well and my physical sim was deactivated. When I contacted the customer care, they said it will work only on iPhones mean to sell in Indian market. The reply was not satisfactory as that doesn’t make any sense to me! Is that still the case?

  3. I didn't receive any mail , but got a message that they will call me to confirm ?? ,, Which is frustrating and lot of delay also , they didn't call till now🙄🙁

  4. it would be interesting to know the downside of converting to eSim and the process to convert it back to a physical sim (just in case).

  5. Does we lose the access of our physical sim when i port to e SIM because I need to use it for a PC and phone as well

  6. Dude i am not able to call 121 when ported to esim….also can't see APN settings for the same ? Do you know the solution …I am using BSNL as primary sim and airtel esim for data .

  7. Will this kill my physical sim card permanently? What if I want to activate my old physical sim card from esim? Nobody has told anything about this. Could u please share sow details?

  8. nice video. i just want to know that i had selected my physical sim as primary number and when i remove the sim i don’t get network. please help

  9. Dear Customer, eSIM change request for Airtel No. 7085479173 could not be processed as the email ID you have shared is not registered against your number. To reinitiate your request, SMS ESIM <email ID registered against this number> to 121. To update your email ID, Call to 121.
