At Computex 2021 to be held this year, AMD CEO Su Zifeng officially confirmed that technologies such as AMD RDNA2 GPU ray tracing and variable frame rate rendering will be applied on the mobile Exynos chip.
According to Dr. Su, Samsung will announce the details of Samsung’s Exynos mobile chip later this year. The chip will be named Exynos 2200, and the first model will be the Galaxy S22 series.
Today, SamMobile got exclusive news that the Galaxy S22 was postponed.
SamMobile reported that Samsung may release the Galaxy S21 FE in January, and the first Galaxy S22 series equipped with the Exynos 2200 chip will be unveiled in February at the earliest.
The report pointed out that the shortage of chips is an important reason why the Galaxy S21 FE has not been released so far. The delayed release of the Galaxy S22 means that Samsung has more time to increase stocks in order to meet market demand.
It is reported that the Galaxy S22 series includes the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Ultra and Galaxy S22+. In addition to the Exynos 2200 version, there is also the Snapdragon 898 version. The National Bank version is expected to be the Snapdragon 898 version.
