Delid and apply Liquid Metal guide for Intel CPU's

A guide for de-lidding an Intel CPU and replacing the internal thermal paste for Liquid Metal, this guide should work with all non-soldered IHS CPU’s (ensure you have the correct tool for your CPU). I’ve seen an improvement of 15 Degrees on my i7-7700K but your mileage may vary.
Disclaimer: Delidding your CPU is dangerous, I take no responsibility if you damage or destroy your CPU, also following this guide will void your warranty.
