In this video I show how I fixed my iPhone 8 that wouldn’t charge. This issue is very common and is extremely easy to do. If this isn’t the issue with your phone, some other things you should try (in order) are:
1. Try different charging cable(s)
2. Clean charging port contacts
3. Hard reset iPhone
4. Update iPhone to newest firmware
5. Restore iPhone
6. Replace iPhone charging port
