There are several brands of aftermarket units out there, the one I use in my own car, a 2013 Porsche 911 with PCM 3.1, is by JoyeAuto. I have also successfully installed this unit personally into lots of other Porsche 911s, Boxster/Caymans, Cayennes and other models.
