There are a variety of reasons this could be happening. I will help you troubleshoot, starting with the easiest and working our way to the more advanced possibilities.

Q: The test showed my hard drive to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped 🙁
A: If the diagnostic test showed your HDD to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped, you would now try to reinstall the operating system. You can see those links here;

If you cannot create your Windows install USB yourself, you can purchase it instead. You can see some options for the correct item in the Repair Tools list here:
Q: The diagnostic test says my HDD is not installed or to check cables?
A: That means your HDD may be loose or bad. Try ‘Reseating’ the HDD first as seen here in this video. Try the diagnostic test again. If it fails to change the scan, I would then replace the HDD and install an Operating System to the new one. You can find links to install Windows 10 and 11 above in the description.
Q: I cannot access the diagnostic test and the other steps didnt help.
A: If you cannot access the diagnostic test, then we dont know if your Hard Drive (HDD) is healthy. We can then proceed, assuming it is. If the other steps in this video do not help, I would then try to reinstall the Operating System (OS).
