In photo mode, the device offers fairly neutral white balance and good color representation, with overall accurate exposure and a good balance between image detail and noise.
In addition, Mi 13 also performs very well in terms of ultra-wide-angle and telephoto zoom.
DXO believes that the disadvantage is that in high-contrast scenes, the dynamic range of Mi 13 is not wide enough, which may cause shadow and highlight clipping. The device autofocus is accurate but slow.
In addition, there are some exposure instabilities in video, insufficient white balance, and autofocus instability in indoor and low-light environments.
It is reported that this time Mi 13 has three rear cameras covering the optical zoom range of 0.6x-3.2x, and supports up to 30x digital zoom, all of which have passed Leica optical certification.
Among them, the main camera adopts IMX 800 CMOS, the size reaches 1/1.49 inches, and the number of pixels is 50 million. The default four-in-one output generates 12.5 million pixel photos.
