Preparations:
1) Ensure your AppGallery is up-to-date
2) Ensure your My HHUAWEI App Gallery is up-to-date
4) Ensure you have the latest Harmony OS 3
5) Change your device region to China (region only, no need to change the language)
6) Download VPN.
“Transocks” VPN is recommended. It is FREE, fast and provides stable connection speed (unstable connect is a nightmare when downloading the 6.69GB update package, if connection drops then you would need to restart the ENTIRE download).
You can download “Transocks” via Huawei App Gallery, Google Play Store, or directly via official site
