Apple uses “titanium” for the first time in this year’s iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, which are lightweight and sturdy. Foreign media recently discovered during unboxing that the titanium frame is easily stained by fingerprints. Apple’s latest official support document also acknowledges this statement, pointing out that the frame may temporarily discolor and only needs a little wiping to restore it to its original state.
In the official support document, Apple stated that iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max may temporarily change the color of the border due to oil on your fingers, and it can be restored to its original state by wiping it with a soft, slightly moist, lint-free cloth.

Apple also warns that if your iPhone comes into contact with substances such as dust or sand, ink, makeup, soap, detergents, acids or acidic foods, or lotions, it may cause damage or leave stains, and it is best to clean it immediately. First, unplug all cables and turn off the phone. Use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid openings for water to enter, and do not use cleaning products or compressed air.
